Just a Swingin'

Thanks, Alison, for the swing you let us borrow!!! He's not real excited about it when we first put him in it but once it gets going he obviously enjoys it and it gives me a break from holding him til he falls asleep...although, I do love that part most of the time!

Tripp Witcher

Finally!!! We are so excited that James Larry Witcher, III "Tripp" is here! He came on June 18, 2008 at 6:22 pm weighing 7 lbs 7ozs after a long day of labor that ended in a c-section. He is the most beautiful thing I have ever been a part of and looks a lot like his daddy! Of course, I will be updating again but wanted to say thank you to all for the wonderful prayers and calls that we have received over the past 9 months and recent days! God is SO unbelievabley good!

Freddie Wayne

I wanted to give a little shout out to our best friend Fred! His days as #1 in our house are coming to an end but he is still the BEST dog I have ever had (I've had a lot of dogs) and we know he will be a fabulous big brother and pal to our little one coming to bombard his space!

Still Waiting....

Well, we went to the doctor today for what I thought would be our last one before we met our little bundle. Not much has changed though since the last visit...still 2cm dilated and the baby is still high, which is definitely not what I wanted to hear considering that a c-section is more likely in that case. He gave us the option of being induced this weekend or waiting until the early part of next week just to see what the baby does. After many tears and prayers, we decided to wait and see what the Lord does in the life of this child. We will be going in Tuesday and more than likely have the peanut on Wednesday at some point. We ask for your continued prayers that every thing goes smoothly from here on out. We will definitely keep you posted though and appreciate all the phone calls and concern thus far!
